General Information

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment.
Product may not be exactly as shown in the online images.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Damages / Shortages

We guarantee all orders are carefully packed. Any damages or shortages must be reported on delivery or within 12 hours of delivery of goods. When appicable, the Signed 'Bill Of Lading' must also be returned with claim.

 

Out of Stock Product

Every effort is made to keep the online availability of each product up to date. However, in the occasion you do purchase an item which has been discontinued, or is currently Out of Stock, that particular item will be removed from your overall purchase, and will not be included in the shipment. The remaining items in your order will not be effected, and will ship out as normal.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we will accept it back within 7 days of purchase. Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Excludes any pet food and treats (some exemptions may apply). Customer must also provide the orginial cash receipt, and is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of 15% may also be applied.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will vary depending on location and the size of the order being placed. At the “checkout” page, you will only see the sub-total of the items you’ve selected to purchase. After you submit the order, you will receive an email within a day or so, showing the total amount. This amount will include both the shipping cost and applicable tax. This email will also allow you to complete the order by making your payment.

 

International Orders

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally. Therefore, until further notice, we are only able to ship within Canada. However, we are working to make international purchases a possibility, so please check back at a later time. Sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience!
